<li><strong>Täidise valmistamine</strong><br>Kuumuta pannil peekonirasv. Lisa hakitud sibul ja küüslauk, prae kuni sibul muutub klaasjaks. Lisa tomatid, jalapeño, kartul. Hauta 2–3 minutit.</li>



<li><strong>Maitsestamine</strong><br>Lisa maitseained: sool, pune, tillipulber, koriander. Sega ja lase segul veel paar minutit haududa.</li>



<li><strong>Täitmine ja vormimine</strong><br>Aseta igale tortiljale umbes 1,2 dl täidist. Lisa juust ja salat. Voldi nagu burrito – küljed sisse ja alumine serv üles, siis tihedalt rulli.</li>



<li><strong>Lõpetamine (valikuline)</strong>

<li><strong>Klassikaline:</strong> Prae pannil või friti kuumas õlis, kuni tortilla on kuldpruun.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Valmistamine👨‍🍳</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Marineeri kana või alternatiiv:</strong><br>Lõika kana ribadeks ja sega kokku maitseainesegu ning tsitrusemahladega. Lase maitsestuda vähemalt 2 tundi, ideaalis üleöö.</li>



<li><strong>Valmista köögiviljad:</strong><br>Lõika paprikad ribadeks, sibul õhukesteks viiludeks.</li>



<li><strong>Kuumuta oapüree:</strong><br>Pane ahjukindlasse vormi ja küpseta 180°C juures 20 minutit.</li>



<li><strong>Soojenda tortiljad:</strong><br>Prae kuival pannil mõlemalt poolt, kuni ilmuvad pruunid täpid. Hoia rätiku sees soojas.</li>



<li><strong>Prae kana ja köögiviljad:<br></strong>Pruunista kana õlis, lisa köögiviljad ja prae läbi. Maitsesta soola, pipra ja koriandriga.</li>



<li><strong>Serveeri:<br></strong>Kata tortilja oapüreega, lisa kana-köögiviljasegu ja lisandid. Rulli kokku ja naudi!</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kas teadsid? – Fajita kultuurilugu🎉</h2>



<p>Fajita sai alguse 1930ndatel Texase ja Mehhiko piiril, kus <em>vaquerod</em> ehk karjused kasutasid seelikulihast (<em>skirt steak</em>) lõkkel grillimiseks.<br>Sõna <strong>“fajita”</strong> pärineb hispaania keelest (<em>faja</em> – &#8220;vöö&#8221;) ja viitas algselt konkreetsele lihalõikele.</p>



<p>➡️ Tänapäeval tähistab see iga lihal või taimsel valguallikal põhinevat täidist, mis serveeritakse tortiljas koos köögiviljade ja kastmetega.</p>



<p>🫓 1980ndatel Ameerikas muutus fajita restoranihitiks – pannil särisev serveering, paprika aroom ja personaliseeritav lähenemine tegid sellest globaalset edu nautiva roa.</p>
